Dated and permanent — an edition is never rewritten after publication; corrections land in its changelog.

The week's fund-industry signal, curated: fund launches and closes, manager and servicer moves, and figures from our own registers. Every trade-press item links its source and ends with why it matters to someone who runs or services funds. Trade-press items are published only after every cited source was machine-verified; register figures are computed from the published data files. This is a dated, permanent edition — it is not updated after publication; corrections land in the changelog.

Permira Credit prices Menlo CLO VI at $401.9m, its sixth US CLO in under two years

Alternative Credit Investor · 2026-10-16

Global

Permira Credit has priced Menlo CLO VI at $401.9m (£300m), its sixth US CLO in under two years and the 21st across its global platform. It is the firm's fifth deal this year. Europe produced Providus CLO XIV in January and the €403.3m Providus CLO XV in April, while the US added Menlo CLO IV in February and Menlo CLO V in May. Menlo launched less than two years ago alongside the established Providus line, which has priced 15 CLOs since 2018. The deal takes AUM across the global liquid credit platform to $9.5bn. Managing director Jared Adler said pricing in an environment that "continues to reward selectivity" reflects the discipline of the firm's approach and its investors' confidence.

EQT reported €41.6bn of gross inflows for the third quarter of 2026, helped by its acquisition of Coller Capital. The deal completed on 31 August, and the business is now rebranded Coller EQT. Total AUM reached €354bn at the end of September, up from €267bn a year earlier. Fee-generating AUM rose to €195bn from €139bn, with Coller adding €34bn of that. Coller also accounts for most of the net inflows: €10.3bn of the €10.9bn into key funds, and €19bn of the €24.4bn into other strategies. The business is preparing to launch its tenth Coller International Partners fund, CIP X, in early 2027, and fundraising has begun for its third Coller Credit Opportunities fund, CCO III. EQT also took €900m of net inflows into its evergreen funds. Chief executive Per Franzén said the firm remains focused on driving monetisations and liquidity.
