These terms govern your use of FundRegTracker (fundregtracker.com) and its paid calendar-export product. Using the site means you accept them. Last updated 16 July 2026.

What FundRegTracker is

FundRegTracker publishes living, primary-sourced fund-regulation reference pages, deadline calendars and fund data, plus a paid tool that exports a personalised regulatory- and tax-deadline calendar. It is run independently by an experienced practitioner.

Not legal, tax or investment advice

Everything on this site is general information for professionals, not advice. We source every claim to a primary regulator text and show a last-verified date, but regulation changes and errors happen — verify against the linked primary source before you act, and take your own professional advice for your specific situation. We give no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free, and accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The calendar tools

The calendar builder and its export (an .ics / calendar file) are free to use.

Acceptable use

Use the site and its data for your own professional purposes. Do not scrape or resell the data in bulk, misrepresent it as your own primary source, or use the site to break the law. The public API is rate-limited; automated hammering may be throttled.

Intellectual property

Regulatory and statutory texts belong to their issuing authorities and are cited to their primary source. Our own commentary, page structure and compiled data are ours; you may quote them with attribution and a link, but not republish them wholesale.
