Build your fund calendar

Add each entity's domicile, type and year-end → one clean reporting calendar for Outlook, through a date you choose (default 5 years). A sample “Fund V” group is preloaded so you see the output straight away. Just want a plain list of dated events? Excel → Outlook (.ics).

🔒 Everything runs in your browser — type your real fund names; nothing is sent to us, no account, no sign-in. Your setup and calendar stay on your machine. Your book of funds stays yours. How we handle privacy →

How dates are computed

This note appears in the body of every event (an entity's own note, from its card, comes first) — no retyping standing instructions. Include deadlines through sets how far ahead to generate them (default 5 years, max 10).

External / regulatory deadlines — your entities; each picks up the filings its domicile & type owe

This is a fund calendar — the manager and its funds. Each entity picks up only the deadlines its domicile + legal role owe (e.g. a Cayman feeder → CIMA + FATCA/CRS).

  • Financial year-end drives the annual filings (accounts, audit, return) — change it and those move.
  • Most other deadlines are fixed calendar dates and don't.
  • Each deadline attaches to the entity legally responsible (Annex IV → ManCo/AIFM, not the fund).
  • Tick internal target for an earlier working deadline.

Internal deadlines — your own working targets: board packs · drawdowns · audit dates

Your own reports, each on an editable card:

  • Frequency, date (the reporting period, e.g. Q3 = 30 Sep), optional time.
  • + N days lag to the real deadline (board packs ≈ +30).
  • Tick which entities it applies to.

Recurring ones expand through your end date (quarterly ≈ 4/year); one-off suits an audit or board meeting; add a time for meetings, leave blank for all-day.

Toggle which deadline types show — dark = shown. Counts update live.

◆ Holidays & your deadlines: only the US day-count filings (Form ADV · PF · N-CEN · 1065) move for a holiday — they roll to the next US business day (even if you hide US holidays here). Every other deadline stays on its date; if one lands on a holiday, file before it.

2Preview & export

July 2026

Your fund list is saved in this browser only — it's here next time, and never sent to us. 🗑 Clear my saved setup (top of Step 1) wipes it from this browser and puts the demo book back.

Shows today through your end date (past hidden). In Outlook, double-click the .ics (or File → Open Calendar) to add it as its own calendar — don't use Import/Export (that dumps events into your personal calendar).

  • Rename an entity or move a year-end, re-export, and Outlook updates the existing events instead of duplicating (each event is keyed to the entity, not its name).
  • 14-day + 2-day reminders built in.
  • Save my setup keeps your fund list in a file you own — reload, add entities, re-export, no retyping.

Review (third tab) checks the set: the same deadlines grouped by jurisdiction, type, entity or month, one row per report with the entities it covers — click a row for entity-by-entity detail. Copy for Excel → a clipboard table; Print / PDF → a fully-expanded sign-off document.

How it lands in Outlook

Outlook allows only a calendar group holding calendars, so your fund tree maps onto it: strategy → calendar name, entity (+ compartment) → event title, deadline type → a category you can filter or colour:

Demo data: 60+ dated 2026 obligations (regulatory · investor tax · ESG) plus a researched Cayman, BVI & Bermuda set (CIMA/DITC · BVI FSC/ITA · BMA/CITA and offshore counsel — mostly high-confidence; a few fee/economic-substance dates flagged for confirmation). Dates are formula-driven and roll year-to-year. Real deadlines, dummy fund names. Not legal advice — every row on the live calendar links to its primary source.
