How private-markets funds actually performed — every plan’s own numbers

Three ways in·6,600+ disclosures·31 pension plans·995 funds reported by more than one

US public pension plans must disclose how each private-markets fund they invested in has performed — this page pools their own reported figures across private equity, infrastructure, private credit, real assets, real estate and opportunity. Read one plan’s portfolio, compare how different plans reported the same fund, or put a few plans side by side. No data vendor sells you this; the plans publish it themselves.

Pick a plan and read its portfolio · pick a fund and see how differently plans reported it · or put two or three plans side by side.

Every figure is one the plan publishes itself. Where they disagree on the same fund, we dug into why.

Pensions: all tracked plans · Australian super in numbers · Private market performance · the PE statistics · what plans disclose · where they diverge

Two honest caveats before you read: each plan reports on its own cycle, months apart (every figure carries its own as-of date), and young funds always look bad at first — fees are charged before profits arrive (the "J-curve") — so judge funds from vintages at least 4–5 years old.
