Excel → Outlook calendar
Fill a short spreadsheet of dated events (one-off or recurring), upload it here, and
download an .ics file for Outlook. For a full fund book with regulatory deadlines by
domicile, use the fund calendar builder instead.

One row per event series. Date is the deadline itself — the day it's due; add Reminder = 5 to also drop an earlier heads-up five days before. (If your date is a period-end instead, use the advanced Lag days to push forward to the real deadline.) Recurring rows expand into separate entries through the Until date (default five years ahead). Each occurrence is written as its own separate event (not a single repeating series), which is what most fund ops teams want when an exception crops up on one date.
| Column | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
Title | yes | Event name |
Date | yes | The deadline itself (YYYY-MM-DD) — the day it is due |
Time | no | Time of day (14:00 or 2pm) — blank = all-day event |
Frequency | no | one-off (default), monthly, quarterly, semi, annual |
Until | no | Stop repeating on this date; default today + 5 years |
Reminder | no | Days before the deadline for a second, earlier heads-up event (e.g. 5) |
Lag days | no | Advanced. If Date is a period-end (e.g. quarter-end), days after it to the deadline (board packs ≈ 30) |
Note | no | Event body / standing instructions |
1bAdd public holidays (optional)
Tick any jurisdictions to fold their public holidays into the
same .ics as all-day entries — handy for spotting a deadline that lands on a local holiday.
Add these on their own, or alongside a spreadsheet you upload below.

In Outlook, double-click the downloaded .ics (or File → Open Calendar)
to add it as its own separate calendar — do not use Import/Export.
